I purchased a ring and its not the perfect fit, how do I get it resized?
If your newly purchased jewelry needs resizing in most cases your first resize is complimentary with shipping the buyers’ responsibility. Some resizing requires stone removal and a resizing fee will apply, such as sizing down rings with certain gemstones. If you owned your jewelry for longer than a month a resizing fee of $50 will be applied to all resizes. Pleases reach out via ‘CONTACT’ page to inquire.
I lost an item I previously purchased from you, is it possible to recreate it?
In most cases, I’d be happy to recreate it for you. However, there may be situations where a new stone needs to be sourced or the item can’t be remade. If you can share the details of your previous purchase through 'CONTACT', page. I’ll look into whether I can recreate it for you. I’ll do my best to make it happen!
My sterling silver jewelry is showing signs of tarnish, how do I clean it?
I recommend using a sterling silver polishing cloth. These cloths are designed to clean and shine without damaging the silver. Always avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or ultrasonic cleaners unless specifically recommended for your jewelry type. Regular cleaning and proper storage (like keeping it in a cloth bag or anti-tarnish pouch) can help prevent tarnishing in the future!
Are you accepting custom orders / Can you make me ______? / How do I get on your custom list?
I’m not currently taking custom orders but when I do open up requests I will send a newsletter to all subscribers.
Do you have any jewelry currently available?
Yes! All jewelry, both one-of-a-kind and made-to-order are listed under ‘SHOP ALL JEWELRY’. One-of-a-kind jewelry typically sells fast so its not always available but I'm always hard at work on new pieces, so keep checking my Instagram for updates!
I tried to buy a piece from your collection and it sold out as I was checking out!
The e-commerce platform I use does not reserve listings while they are in the cart and it sells to the first customer to check out.
What is Made-to-Order?
Most of the year, I have a section for made-to-order pieces listed on my website. These are pieces for sale that I make as they are ordered, and production time typically takes between between 5days up to 2 weeks to ship. See each individual listing for specifics on ship time.
Jewelry Care
All my jewelry is handmade with care from .925 sterling silver and solid 14 karat gold. I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish of your jewelry.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. Sterling pieces should be stored in individual, airtight bags to prevent oxidation.
To clean your jewelry, clean with a soft brush with mild soapy water and polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth (available at most local jewelry counters or online through retailers such as Amazon). Do not submerge in cleaning chemicals, as they can be damaging to the stones and weaken the silver.
FLAT BACK PUSH PIN EARRINGS
Labret style earring has a front with a thin, bendable pin that you insert into the labret backing. The pin should be slightly bent. This is how it secures to the back. *To insert your earring, first insert the labret backing into the back of your ear. Then insert the pin into the labret backing gently, making sure it is fully inserted. If the fit becomes loose insert the pin halfway into the backing and gently bend the pin. The more you bend the pin the tighter the fit. *To remove gently pull both ends of the earring in opposite directions,

Shipping
All domestic US orders ship FREE through USPS GROUND (formally first class mail) or Priority Mail for an additional fee. Next day delivery only available in the domestic US for 'ready to ship’ jewelry. Packages do not include insurance if they are lost during shipment, insurance is offered at an additional cost at checkout. If you have specific shipping requests, please contact me.
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me. I do not accept returns on damaged pieces that have been worn. Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.
Repairs and Resizing
If, for some reason your MG Jewelry needs repair or a stone replaced, I will do my best to work with you to bring your piece back to life.
